Why You Shouldn’t Ask This Workout Question

Read a funny comment earlier today.

Dude wanted to know “how long” until he’d have a new body trying some exercise program or whatever.

Seems to be a popular question.

And quite easily the worst.

I remember teachers in school tried to tell us there is no such thing as a stupid question… but sometimes I wonder.

Lotsa guys ask that question cuz they’re scared.

Scared to work and put in effort with little to no return.

Hey, no one wants to WASTE their time or energy.

But the root problem with the ol “how long” question is the implication.

The implication that YOU CAN STOP when you “REACH IT”.

Here’s the dirty little secret bud, in two bite size niblets:

I – You never “REACH IT”

II – You never STOP

So going into a body, mind and soul transformation with the cowering position of “how long until I can stop”  slips you up from the get-go.

It’s not a ‘hey lemme try this workout thing’.

No.

It’s a journey.

For some it’s torture, probably akin to wandering the desert alone & dying of thirst.

But for those who are training the trifection (mind body & soul) taught in A Spartan Rises…

They’re having the time of their lives.
