Ya know it’s kinda funny.
Right now – YOU have a unique situation, body chemistry, and goals in life.
I think it’s nutzo to dispense the generalized, “one size fits all” fitness advice since a quick trip to the locker room reminds you everyone isn’t exactly clone copies of each other.
We all look different… and we all need to eat a little differently.
This is a huge key to transforming yourself WITHOUT torture!
If you are giving your body exactly what it needs, you don’t have to starve it to death or beat it into submission.
In fact, losing weight, looking better and getting in shape can be surprisingly natural and fulfilling when you stop fighting and punishing yourself.
If you have struggled with losing weight, looking fit and making heads turn all your life, it might not even be your fault (assuming you put some WORK in).
It’s more likely that be that none of the cookie-cutter advice you got matched your unique needs.
