7 Sins of Six Packs
Let’s riff on six-pack abs today.
More and more questions been pourin in lately and I’ve noticed some common themes.
Just the other day my buddy was telling me how he’s ready to put in the towel on the whole abs thing.
He’s tried dieting, running, and several workouts but just isn’t seeing the belly disappear.
Said he finally understood the real meaning of ‘stubborn’ belly fat.
I asked him a few questions and in about 5 minutes it was obvious what the problem was.
It’s a problem a lot of guys have.
Chances are you have this problem, too.
I know I used to have it.
And until I fixed it, I was constantly frustrated with lack of progress in getting my six-pack to show through, no matter what I tried.
What problem did my friend have?
Believe it or not… simplicity!
Those who keep things simple and focus their efforts on the right factors melt away belly fat faster than butter in the furnace. Doesn’t matter if you’ve been working out for six days or six years. Those who don’t keep it simple and focus on the wrong stuff (ab exercises, cardio training) end up tired, frustrated and are no closer to six-pack abs that get NOTICED.
