50 Shades of Truth
Quick!
What has multiple answers that can simultaneously be right?
Transportation.
Let’s say you decided you want to get to the gym.
You can:
Take your car for a spin
Walk your lazy butt up there
Hop on a subway
Roller blade
Finally use that segway tucked away in the garage
And that’s just to name a few.
Are any of those wrong?
Nope.
They’re all methods of getting from where you are to the gym.
If the question is,
“How can I get to the gym?”
They’re gravy.
Butttt…
What if you modified the question a bit?
Added a condition.
“How can I get to the gym in the FASTEST, MOST EFFECTIVE manner?”
Hmmmm.
Now the game has changed playa.
Makes it much easier to see what the right option is.
Tis the same for sculpting your body.
If you run around the net asking how to get in shape or whats a good workout.
Well, you got billions of results to choose from.
Just ask Google.
And they could all be right given the uber broad question.
Ultimately leaves guys hitting plateaus, feeling stuck and frustrated.
But, as you saw above, if you don’t like the answer… change the question.
So if you ask “How do I build the lean Spartan physique in the fastest most effective way possible?”
Now you’re headed down the right path.
The path to consistent progress, muscle gain and fat loss.
To freedom from plateaus.
Just like Rik F. discovered,
“Completed my first full Spartan 7 today and also made my own food intake map which I’ve stuck to.
The results?
4lbs lost which is pretty incredible.
I also climbed/jumped up the strength ladder on every single exercise.
This is after being stuck at the same stubborn weight for over 6 months previously.
