How to Survive Invasion of Treadmill Trotters

Here they come!

You know what I’m talking about.

Every year, like clockwork an army of Treadmill Trotters crusade to the closest gym to re-start their fitness quest.

Getting that cardio training in to burn off fat.

Or so they think…

I remember one fella I saw religiously pounding the treadmill.  Each day he spent at least an hour on it, and was drenched it sweat.

Did this for two straight weeks.

Then he disappeared.

Happens all too often.

Why?

Well, cuz long drawn out cardio sessions do burn fat, but…

they take FOREVER!

And the rate of fat loss is almost at a crawl.

So does it work?

Yea, if you have lots of time to throw away have at it.

But that approach didn’t work for me cuz I had three businesses to run.

That’s why I teach my Spartans the Spartan Inferno training approach.

Takes wayyyy less time.

We’re talkin like 15-20 minutes tops.

But it burns much twice as much fat cuz it sends your body into fat burning mode and it STAYS there even after your Inferno Training session is finished.

And ya don’t even need a treadmill.
