I get this question all the time.

And I’ve always ignored it.

‘Cuz there is never only ONE thing needed to change your body (or life for that matter).

It’s always a system you gotta optimize.

That’s why I taught you about the Spartan Body Triad & why I still follow it to this day.

Ok ok.

With that disclaimer outta the way lets knock this baby outta the park.

“What is the best exercise for six pack abs?”

It’s NOT crunches.

If you’re doing crunches you can stop today (you’re welcome).

Instead, it’s leg raises.

Yup, these babies not only work your abs but overall core.
