A Controversial Diet for Getting Ripped
Yesterday on my weekly show I was asked about Intermittent Fasting.
In short IF is an approach to nutrition where you simply don’t eat for portions of the day.
So you might eat between 9 AM – 4 PM only.
Then you ‘fast’ the remaining hours.
Like any good fad diet is has a loyal following of haterz AND preachers.
Nice lil recipe for controversy on the web.
Here’s the real scoop.
If some guy doesn’t have the body he wants yet it ain’t cuz he hasn’t been intermittent fasting.
Plenty of people were building lean & mean physiques years before IF was ‘invented’.
It’s from errors in his PROCESS.
Could be in the planning, execution or calibration stage.
But when he goes around chasing trendy internet diets, be it IF, south beach, whatever… he loses the ability to monitor & improve his process.
Now I’m not saying IF doesn’t “work” or is bad.
Everyone asks: Does it get results?
Better question: Is it EFFECTIVE?
Can I cut down a tree with hand saw?
Yes. So it ‘works’.
Would a chain saw be more effective?
Gee…
So I want you to start thinking differently.
Because here is the HIDDEN cost in ALL of this.
Your TIME my man.
(which you can never get back)
Funny thing is for whatever reason 95% of guys don’t value it.
They’d rather piss it away clicking all over the internet for some new tip or engaging in silly arguments on ze forums.
Neato.
Well, I can’t do much for them.
The few guys who do value their time will be happy to know A Spartan Rises requires less than 5 hours week.
‘Cuz it’s FOCUSED training developed from a proven PROCESS.
Runs for 9 weeks.
Jam packed with entertaining Doctore coaching videos & e-mails all along the way.
Hey, who said gettin ripped can’t be fun?
