Do you have a lead foot
Ever gotten a speeding ticket?
Whoops – sorry to stir up bad memories!
What about those speed signs that flash your SPEED IS at ya when driving by… seen’em?
Drove past a few the other day and while they may seem useless – studies show they slow lead footers down 14% +.
<But Doctoreeee, what does this have to do with getting into badass Spartan shape??>
Patience grasshopper.
The dynamic speed sign is an example of a feedback loop.
Goal: Get drivers to adjust speed
Step 1. Data is captured (radar zaps you)
Step 2. Captured data is processed and reported in an emotionally engaging manner (YOUR SPEED IS… SLOW DOWN)
Step 3. You ponder over this new data and what path to take (slow down, stay same, speed up like vroooom!)
Step 4. Action.
*REPEAT*
So what’s the difference between an average guy working out, surfing the net, trying to get in shape and a recruit in A Spartan Rises?
Simple.
The recruit harnesses the power of feedback loops.
In particular, Rapid Strength Loops.
Right from the get-go we kick off with coaching on installing these custom Rapid Strength Loops into their training so they start experiencing real feedback on their strength gains and progress.
Once they’re outta the gate you can’t stop’em.
They’ve gotten hooked on the loop and can’t wait to train more.
Powerful, powerful stuff.
Compare that to someone not enrolled in A Spartan Rises.
Biggest sticking point I often see is a broken feedback loop.
Goal: Get in shape
Step 1. No -or- WRONG data is captured (silly stuff like scale, body measurements or mirror)
All other steps are null & void because assumptions are now based off faulty data.
Do’h!
Nobody should suffer through that endless void of ‘is this working?’.
Hop on the Spartan wagon and discover what you’ve been mission.
You’ll see more progress in week 1 than you have in your last 6 months.
Guaranteed.
