Raiders of the Lost Workout

Watched some Indiana Jones this weekend.

My favorite part is when Indy is racin through the street and the crowd parts to reveal a master swordsman.

Dude starts swinging his sword around to look all fancy and threatening.

The crowd oohs & ahhhs wondering what Indy is gonna do?

Unfazed, Indy pulls out his gun and fires one shot.

Game over.

Never gets old!

And sadly, for some reason, neither does stupid, complex workouts.

For some reason many guys mistakenly think if I just do something more complex, more challenging I’ll confuse my muscle and FINALLY build that v-tapered back.

Wellll….

First off, muscles do not have brains.

So they don’t get ‘confused’.

Second, the #1 reason for FAILURE in adherence.

Meaning sticking with it.  Finishing.

Why?

Because guys are getting tired of putting in all this crazy effort with little or nothing to show for it.

(of course, if they went through A Spartan Rises they could bypass all that nonsense)

Just like Steve W. reported:

===

I was once one of those men… I have friends that work out and they tried to get me into it.

Why didnt it work?

It was exercise overload with complex workouts and nothing really structured…

I ended up quitting and tried to rationalize that working out just “wasnt for me”.

I went through that cycle about 3 times over the past couple years.

Do it for a month,  get off my schedule for week for whatever reason,  then just end up quitting all together.

Im happy I found out about the spartan training program and can proudly say I’m seeing results after only a month and a half!

They are very small ones, but they have me excited for more!

===

Simplicity is best as Steve discovered.

What about you?

Want to learn how to build a Spartan physique without having to go to the gym for 2 hours a day, 6 days a week?

Then I suggest taking the simple approach.

It’s not very hard.

And, it often yields quick results.

It’s what A Spartan Rises is all about.
