Seven Best Exercises for a Muscular Spartan Physique

Let me be perfectly blunt:

You don’t need to waste mindless hours in the gym to build a Greek god physique.

You DO need to work hard.

And do what 95% of other guys at the gym won’t do.

Cuz they wanna just do bicep curls in front of the mirror all day.

In fact, in most cases you can look at what everyone is doing, then DO THE OPPOSITE and you’ll be better off.

Back in the day the ancient Spartans were sitting there looking at all of these other greek city states and they said to themselves not only are we going to be the best, but we’re going to best ourselves, really competing against ourselves and therefore we’re not going settle for being average.

What they asked was “How do I take it to that whole next level?”

So if you adopt a Spartan mindset than what you really want to do is not just workout.

A workout is a series of motions.

The whole Spartan ideal is to I have to do these set things to build the core so that I’m prepared to go to that next level.

It’s a subtle but very important mindset shift.

And it came about because Spartans had a physical core.

They prided to themselves on being stronger, more energetic, more capable.

So you start getting a Spartan body by building your Spartan Strength Core and from there develops the mindset aspect, the mental toughness.

Because it’s hard to be mentally tough when you’re physically weak, depleted and drained.

No need to waste time of pointless exercises that barely move the needle.

Instead, focus on the Spartan Seven:

1. Squats
2. Bench Press
3. Deadlifts
4. Standing Press
5. Dips
6. Chin-ups
7. Hanging Leg Lifts

That’ll put you miles ahead of your fellow gym rats.

If you use the Spartan Strength Ladder along with the correct reps & sets covered in A Spartan Rises you’ll be on the fast track to being the guy who never hesitates taking his shirt off at the beach.

Just like Cameron C. did,

“You have already impacted my training in an amazing way. What I learned from the initial phase of the program was how to have a mindset to train. My friends are saying, “Seriously, are you working out a lot because you’re looking bigger”.’
