Follow this 1 Rule to Survive a Zombie Apocalypse

Caught World War Z Saturday night.

Pretty entertaining thriller, worthy of a DVD rental at minimum.

It’s about a guy trying to find a way to stop a zombie virus (which is spreading like wildfire) in order to save his family.

What was interesting to see was all the improvising the characters did throughout the movie.

The main character duct-tapped a giant kitchen knife to his hunting rifle to make a Zombie bayonet.

Also duct-tapped magazines around his arms to prevent bites (once you get bit… you become Zombified)

I mean hey, when you’re dropped in the middle of a zombie apocalypse you don’t get exactly order a Zombie Survival Toolkit off Amazon anymore.

You have a goal, purpose – survival.

You use whatever resources at your disposable to make that happen.

You don’t say “Well gee, I don’t have any machine guns, better turn myself to zombie food now”

Yea right.

You use what you have, devise a plan and get into action.

Same applies to your training.

There is no holy perfect grail.
(but lots of guys are on the magical hunt for it)

There are training programs that adapt based on your environment and YOUR resources to help build you a Spartan-like physique and presence.

Whether you’re training at the gym, in your home, or a combination of the two.

A Spartan Rises is flexible enough to work with your available resources so you (most importantly) can get into action.

No running in circles while the zombies close in on your front door.

Let the other guys do that.

You keep moving forward, getting stronger, more disciplined and focused.

For the “how tos” of building a lean Spartan body check out “A Spartan Rises” — it’s not for everyone, but for men who don’t mind a little training pain and sacrifice it’s a perfect match.
