Yoda is short green lil guy with pointy ears, kinda old… as in 900+ years and he happens to be an uber Jedi Master.
Our hero of the day Luke Skywalker sought him out for coaching so he TOO could become a Jedi.

Six-Pack Lessons from Yoda
#1 – Do or Do Not… There is No Try
All or nothing.
Six-pack studs didn’t wake up one day and think… “Hey I’m going to try this and see if it works…”
Instead it’s: “I’m getting a six-pack by summer.”
Proper mindset programming baby.
#2 – Add a Scoop of… Faith
During their training Luke kept trying to lift a large spaceship out of the swamp.
He jimmied it only a little before becoming flustered and scolding Yoda that “he was asking the impossible.”
Yoda quickly schooled him by effortlessly moving the spaceship without even a grimace.
Luke stared in shock and proclaimed “I don’t believe it…”
Yoda zinged him good: “That is why you failed.”
Too many guys start their six-pack quest and expect results in no time. A secret, BIGGER mistake here is they’re looking at the wrong results.
#3 – Fear is the path to the fat side. Fear leads to hesitation, hesitation leads to inaction, inaction leads to frustration.
Might not be verbatim… but you get the picture.
