Simple – sometimes even illogical — ways to build muscle in fastest manner possible. Doesn’t mean it’s easy, just means we’re willing to put in the hard work to get the results FASTER. Discover the 3 strategies you can follow to accomplish this.
Welcome to “The Spartan Body Blueprint”!
In this series I’m going to begin to introduce you to a way of life that will make you a stronger, more confident and happier man.
I’m not talking about fads, crazes, reps, sets, goofy diets or garbage like that.
Transforming your physique is a journey.
It’s not a one-time piece of advice to try.
If you don’t think you can follow steps and be patient with yourself, then this site probably isn’t for you.
This isn’t a quick fix or an “all ya gotta do is” kind of thing.
But that’s why it works.
You’re going to learn that much of what I teach you at Sparta Strength is as applicable to life as it is to fitness.
You’re going to learn to focus on what you can change in your life.
You’re the only one responsible for you so let’s concentrate on what YOU can do to change yourself and forget all the other stuff.
Second, in order for you to succeed with this body transformation you need desire.
A desire to change your current results. A desire to put the past behind you, to take matters into your own hands and make it work. A desire that’s gonna tell your body that you’re in control and that you’re going to decide how you look in the mirror. You’re the one that going to make this thing work. It’s just a matter of learning how to do things properly to get to the destination you want to get to.
If you don’t have the desire to improve your life you may as well stop reading and I’ll save my breath for someone who wants it, for someone who says bring it man I’m ready.
Third – you need to be able to follow a blueprint.
A blueprint that I’ve put together to make it simple to follow, but still a blueprint that requires attention in order to get results.
I’m guessing you’ve worked out before.
You’ve probably followed various routines you found in a magazine or online.
Maybe it was in a popular muscle magazine and the guy in the pictures is ripped with huge biceps and you’re thinking if I do what this article tells me, someday I’ll look like him. Well I’ve got a newsflash for you – you’re probably not going to get where he is by just following an exercise routine from a magazine. If it were that easy, every guy who’s ever lifted a weight in his life would look like that guy. Those guys in the magazines have a whole lot of other stuff going on. Not saying it’s bad, it’s just not particularly applicable to the average guy. They spend way more time than you probably can or even want to, to get there. Maybe you’ve even used a trainer. All good stuff right, but if your trainer didn’t do some of the things I’m going to tell you about in this Blueprint then I’m willing to bet you weren’t satisfied with your results. Blueprints provide a systematic way to show how something gets built much like the one a builder uses one to build a house.
Okay, if you’re still good, then we’ll move into the next series of articles that explain more about what this is all about. I like to think about it as the magic of simplicity.
One of the first things you’re going to learn about my philosophy is that it’s relatively simple.
Simple concept number 1 – work out about 5 hours a week. No more than five days & no more than an hour!

But whatever you do…
Never retreat, never surrender and keep moving forward!
This one comes up a lot.
Usually a question about a ‘bodybuilding’ method.
That’s when I stop’em and let’em know.
I don’t teach bodybuilding.
Just look at some of the fun stuff it involves:
- Loads of high-volume training (great for frying your joints)
- Diving into the abyss of steroids, pro-hormones or whatever they’re calling’em these days
- 2-3 hours a day in the gym, including MORNING and AFTERNOON sessions
- Workin out 6-7 days a week
…Ain’t nobody got time for that!
More importantly, what’s the GOAL, the reason behind all that work?
Ultimately it’s to pose on a stage with a buncha other giant buff dudes in speedos and have random people affirm that your physique is a little better than the guy next to you.
Congrats, here’s your trophy and cash prize.
Um okk..
Hey, nothing wrong with that, for a lotta guys thats enough to get them forward.
Cool.
But why bother for some little trophy and a few benjamins when you can train for so much more?
And the time investment is 10x less!
Because now you’re laser focused.
You’re using fitness to IMPROVE your life (not RUN it).
Big, big difference.
You build a lean Spartan physique.
Energy levels shoot through the roof so work is a breeze.
You take on riskier assignments.
Bigger paycheck starts showing up.
Now you’re on a role.
You begin to feel it.
What’s interesting is… so does everyone else around you.
Walk into a room & your Spartan aura fills it, turning heads your way.
Some wondering who is this guy?
Others curious about what you’ve been doing.
And of course a few haterz jealous of your DRIVE.
Cuz you put in the hard work.
They didn’t.
Discipline weighs ounces.
Regret weighs tons.
Either way, you gotta pay.
