Chilling Case of Missing Results

Got this question about MIA results.

“Thanks for all the emails you send in. I have a question and I think you can answer it.

I train a lot but I don’t see much progress, this sucks because I eat well and train a lot and you know
hard work has to pay off.

What do you think i’m doing wrong is there something more people like me dealing with?”

Welll…

Really broad question there, but comes in so much (in different forms) we might as well nip it in the butt.

Some variations include:

• I’m XX years old… is it too late for me?
• Are genetics holding me back?
• Why am I not seeing results?
Two reasons for results that are MIA.

1. Checking the wrong ‘progress’ markers

and/or

2. Doing something sub-optimally / incorrect

It’s surprisingly formulaic.

If you simply follow w + y + x… you’ll get z.

If you’re not getting z, you’re not following w + y + x.

Too many fitness wizards wanna confuse you by dumping useless, conflicting info into the mix.

Leading you down rabbit holes to nowhere but frustration.

Not me, I take the simple approach.

Was talking to Cole a few days ago about this. He’s going through my Muscle Growth Formula

Told me he’s dropped five pounds, arm’s are starting to expand and getting firmer.

But what he liked best was how easy it was to understand.

We’ll see what happens. But I’m rooting for him! If you’d like to see the tips I showed him, go to:
