My answer to you is not about me, but rather you
Just got back from a great biz trip.
I don’t know about you but whenever I get back from a trip I always find myself more energized.
Ready to hit work, the gym, relationships – everything – at full throttle.
There really is a power in simply taking a break and recharging.
If you do it right it’ll bump up your strength and muscle gains big time… and more importantly, your motivation.
Just like I teach in A Spartan Rises.
And like Brett discovered when he sent me his story (my comments to follow):

When I signed up with you, I thought I was going to get to a new way of
training and eating, that’s it.
What I enjoy most is the daily ”perk me up emails’’.
I have had a ” personal trainer” for the past 10 years.
